At Medical Walk In Care, we believe that access to excellent medical care is a right — not a privilege. We accept Medicare, all major commercial insurance plans, and employer-sponsored coverage, and we warmly welcome uninsured and self-pay patients.

No insurance? No problem. We offer transparent, affordable self-pay rates so that cost is never a barrier to the care you need. Talk to our team to learn more.

A note for HUSKY Health members: Effective September 16, 2026, Medical Walk In Care will no longer participate in Connecticut Medicaid (HUSKY Health). HUSKY coverage will continue to be accepted for visits through September 15, 2026. After that date, patients with HUSKY coverage who wish to continue care with us are welcome to be seen on a self-pay basis at our affordable rates. Our team is also happy to provide your records and assist with your transition to a participating provider — just ask at the front desk or call either office.
